1. Custom Stationery & No-Refund Policy 🚫 All our products (Business Cards, Bill Books, Letterheads, etc.) are Custom-Made to your specific requirements. Once the printing process has commenced, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Since these are personalized items, the sale is considered final.

2. Design Approval Process (via WhatsApp) 📱

• Draft Phase: After payment confirmation, our design team will share a Digital Draft of your order via WhatsApp.

• Customer Review: It is your responsibility to review the draft with extreme care. Any corrections regarding spelling, contact numbers, or design elements must be communicated at this stage.

3. Strict “Final OK” Confirmation ✅ Production will ONLY begin after we receive your explicit “Final OK” or confirmation on WhatsApp. Once you have provided final approval and the order moves to the printing phase, no further modifications, edits, or cancellations will be accepted. Digi Dazzal is not liable for any errors discovered after your final approval.

4. Mandatory Buyer Responsibility (Read Descriptions) ⚠️ It is the sole responsibility of the customer to thoroughly read the Product Description, Specifications, and Material Details provided on the specific product page before ordering. Digi Dazzal will not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from a failure to review these details (such as dimensions, paper type, or finishes).

5. Shipping & Delivery Timeline 🚚

• Production: Printing typically takes 2-3 working days post-approval.

• Delivery: Pan-India shipping usually takes 5-7 working days.

• Tracking: A Tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp once dispatched. We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our operational control.

6. Payment Terms & Processing 💳 We operate on a 100% Prepaid Basis (via UPI or Bank Transfer). Your order will only be processed after payment is verified by our team. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

7. Custom Design Revisions 🖋️ Minor text corrections are included during the drafting phase. However, any request for a complete change of design concept after payment will be treated as a new order and may incur additional design charges.

8. Usage Rights & Copyright 🛡️ Designs created by Digi Dazzal are for your specific business use. Reselling, redistributing, or using these design assets for third-party commercial gain without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
